• $12,000 Sign-On Bonus for New CDL Drivers! - Payments will commence after 90 days of active service, and payout over 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently over long distances, adhering to all federal and state regulations, including hours-of-service (HOS) laws.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any defects or issues.
• Utilize GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDs) to plan routes, track hours, and ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients, providing status updates and resolving any delivery-related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Represent the company professionally during all interactions at pickup and drop-off locations.
• Keep the tractor and trailer clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR experience | Training program is available if you have less than the 2 years experience!
• Clean Driving Record
• Tanker Endorsement Encouraged
• Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug test.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and route navigation software.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
